Description
This elegant beachfront villa is truly exceptional. It is located in a gated community with only eleven other homes. The spacious interior provides approximately 7,500 square feet of roofed living space. Its vaulted ceilings blend with the terrace, which is surrounded by white columns and archways. Slightly elevated, Serena commands a beautiful view of Baie Rouge Beach and the island of Anguilla. This luxury villa is available with either 5 or 6 bedrooms. Featuring a media room area with a huge flat screen TV and a new reading area along with brand new couches. All six bedrooms have been fully redecorated with new mattresses, new curtains and new fabrics throughout.
Four of the bedrooms have king size beds and private bathrooms. Two bedrooms have twin beds and private bathrooms. The Master Bedroom, which is part of a suite, features a king size bed, large dressing area and small refrigerator. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, air conditioning, ceiling fans and French Doors. The house can be rented as 5 or 6 bedrooms.
