Faja Lobie is a newly renovated villa located directly on Burgeaux Bay Beach in the residential area of Beacon Hill on the Dutch side of the island. The villa offers a wonderful combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces built on several floors.
The interior living room is furnished with teak benches and an entertainment center that houses the TV, VCR and stereo system.
The adjacent newly redesigned open concept kitchen offers state of the art appliances and marble counter tops.
Sliding glass doors open from the living area to the covered tiled verandah furnished with beautiful teak pieces. Just below the verandah is the partially rocky and partially sandy beach.
The air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, open into the interior of the home. Each bedroom is uniquely styled and they all are fairly equal in size but only one provides an ocean view. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level and one is located on the second level. One of the main level bedrooms features a queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a nicely tiled double vanity, separate Jacuzzi tub, outdoor shower and French doors that open to the pool.
Outside, there is the beautifully tiled infinity style plunge pool with built in seating and a waterfall.
Faja Lobie is a wonderful choice for families or couples and offers a great beachfront value. Please note, a tenant lives in an apartment below the main house.
