Description
Bijou means "jewel" in French and this house is a real gem. Located just a short walk from Baie Rouge beach in Terres Basses on the French side of the island, this two and a half bedroom, three bath villa is perfect for couples or families.
Bijou (formerly called Laguna) was one of our most popular villas in the area and now the new owners have done some wonderful renovations to the house including new tile throughout, a gorgeous new custom kitchen, updated bathrooms and wonderful new furnishings.
The view from the pool deck is spectacular and encompasses Simpson Bay lagoon, the sea, Marigot and the island. The living and dining area open out onto the pool deck via sliding glass doors and share the same incredible view. The newly redone kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens to the living area as well.
Inside the main house are the master bedroom and bathroom as well as a half bedroom with full bathroom across the hall. This half bedroom is suitable for children or a single adult. The second bedroom is located in a separate cottage just steps from the main villa that has its own kitchenette, full bathroom, living area and deck making this ideal for two couples seeking privacy.
