In this elegant fully air-conditioned villa, you will enjoy an incredible setting high above the exquisite Baie Rouge Beach. Here, breathtaking views of vistas unfold across the Caribbean Sea and the island of Anguilla. Spacious and inviting living areas are featured along this wonderful 3 bedroom villa. Enjoying the pristine and natural backdrop, wraparound terraces open alongside the luxurious seaside heated pool, which appears to merge into the horizon with the endless sea of turquoise waters.
This property is ideal, but not limited to 'special events' such as Wedding Party of Cocktail Party. In addition to a minimum one week rental, an event fee & a security deposit would be required in accordance to the number of guests staying in this villa. Maid service in not available, in which guests will be responsible to clean the house after the event. Owners will not accept more guests at the villa than what the villa can accommodate during the entire rental period (2pp per bedroom) aside from the day of the event
